These antibodies can be paired in sandwich detection assay and used to detect NP antigen from SARS-CoV-2 with high sensitivity (to 2.5 pg) and high specificity.This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.

Microtiter wells were coated with N (SARS-CoV-2) Recombinant Protein (Cat # P6687) and SARS-CoV NP at 1 ug/mL. Purified recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies 75G5a (Cat # RAB01053), 84C4a (Cat # RAB01055), and 84D7 (Cat # RAB01057) were serially diluted 1:2 starting at 1 ug/mL. Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies 75G5a, 84C4a, and 84D7 show very strong and specific binding to SARS-CoV-2 NP antigen, with no significant cross-reactivity to SARS-CoV NP antigen.
