COPS1 (Phospho-Ser454) Antibody
Synonyms
COP9 signalosome complex subunit 1; CSN1; G protein pathway suppressor 1; GPS1; GPS1 protein; MFH protein
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human COPS1 around the phosphorylation site of Ser454.
Immunogen Range
420-469
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
IHC: 1:50~1:100 ELISA: 1:1000
Specificity
COPS1 (Phospho-Ser454) Antibody detects endogenous levels of COPS1 only when phosphorylated at Ser454.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
